Haul: Accessorize Part 2

My mom and I decided to go to Robinson's Ermita yesterday to buy tickets for the Cirque du Soleil "Varekai" (my 3rd birthday wish) and to drop by Accessorize.  You see, we figured that in every Accessorize sale, they would have a further reduction after a period of time, so we decided to check it out. And guess what? I got everything for a whopping 70% off except for the floral backpack that was still 50% off!!!

My mom bought everything for me which is super cool and nice of her. hehe. Thanks Ma! :)

70% off

I love that they wrap each item in chic tissue packaging paper. :) Thumbs up!

My super duper cute floral back pack which I saw in one of their boxes. hahaha. (pakielamera?) It's the last piece so I'm glad I took it. hehe. :) 50% off!!!

Super cute coin purses. 70% off too. Got it for 100+php each

Lip gloss bow rings that I'm planning to give to my friends. :)

And some other things... :)

Will post my mom's finds if I get the chance to take photos of it at my old house. :)

My Saturday was super duper fun!!! Walked with my mom along Malacanang, ate breakfast at the newly opened Casa Roces (will blog about it soon), shopping and bonding with my mom and Joanna, Cirque du Soleil tickets, and last but not the least dinner and Harry Potter date with my husband!!! :)

How was your weekend? :)

T-shirt Surgery: DIY Skull tee

If you have a lot of time to spare like me, here's an awesome idea. DIY home projects. I know it's not new or anything but I've become so inspired with deconstructing and reusing stuff thanks to these blogs: http://apair-andaspare.blogspot.comhttp://www.chic-steals.com and many many more. So here's my first DIY reconstruction project, the skull tee. :)

Things you need:
1. A lose fitting shirt (plain or printed)
2. A pen or any marker
3. Scissors

Steps:
1. Lay the shirt on a flat surface
2. Draw on the back (or front, it's your choice) of the shirt your desired pattern
3. Cut
*You can cut it out roughly. Don't worry, it will look great even if it's not neatly cut

The finished product.

Ta-dah!

I hope this simple tutorial inspired /helped you! :)
